STORE MANAGER Employment type: Full-Time Compensation: TBD SHUSHOP GROUP is seeking a responsible Manager to assist a fast paced fashion store in all standards and procedures. Control store performance and follow company guidelines, supervise all areas of the operation and assignments, merchandising and lead other team members. Applicant must be very highly motivated to accomplish the sales and profit goals and have the ability to guide and ensure the team to meet its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. ASSISTANT MANAGER Employment type: Part - time Compensation: TBD Assistant Store Manager is responsible to assist store and Store Manager in all standards and procedures of the Company, control of the store operation and company guidelines, supervise all areas of the operation and assignments, merchandising and lead other team members. In absence of the Store Manager the Assistant Manager is fully responsible of the entire store operation. KEY HOLDER Employment type: Part - time Compensation: TBD Key holder is responsible to assist store and Store Manager and Assistant manager in all standards and procedures of the Company, merchandising guide other team members. In absence of the Store Manager the Assistant Manager is fully responsible of the entire store operation. Applicants must be team player, highly motivated to accomplish the sales and profit goals, excellent communication skills, able to demonstrate excellent customer service, and be enthusiastic. SALES ASSOCIATE Employment type: Part - time Compensation: TBD Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. Golden Rules of Customer Service Tell customers about new arrivals, seasonal trends and sale. Greet every customer. Ask open-ended questions to determine their needs. Offer each customer at least 3 items. Add on items to build the sale Add customers to mailing list. Thank every customer. Smile. WAREHOUSE PERSON Employment type: Full- Time Compensation: $9.00/Hour to $10.00/Hour Depending on Experience We are looking for motivated and dedicated warehouse employees to start immediately. Full-time and part-time positions available. Training is provided. Applicants must be team player, highly motivated to accomplish the sales and profit goals, excellent communication skills, able to demonstrate excellent customer service, and be enthusiastic.
